From the North
At the end of the M5, take the A380 towards Torquay.
When you reach the Ring Road, turn right, signposted Brixham. After about four miles there are traffic lights, turn right, signposted Plymouth. In about a quarter of a mile, at the Parkers Arms, also named the Collaton Carvery, turn left, signposted Stoke Gabriel - you're nearly there.
Pass three turnings on your left and then fork right by a large caravan site. We are the first farm on the left.
